This two-week training session helps educators develop an understanding of the teaching and learning process using the Orff Schulwerk approach to music and movement. The daily
schedule at all levels includes focus on rhythm, melodic experience, Orff instrument technique and musicianship, movement, recorder playing, improvisation, Orff theory, orchestration, and special topics sessions. Level I must be completed to enroll in Level II. The AOSA level certificate is awarded for completion of each course; there is no distinction between credit and noncredit enrollment in awarding the level certificates.
